Chuck Fleischmann, a U.S. Congressman representing Tennessee’s 3rd district since 2011, recently shared his thoughts on social media regarding various topics ranging from political commentary to community involvement and energy policy.

On December 2, 2024, Fleischmann commented on President Joe Biden's decision to pardon Hunter Biden. He expressed his views that "Hunter Biden’s pardon is one of the final actions of a failed presidency." Fleischmann further stated that "Joe Biden will be remembered as creating two tiers of justice while weaponizing the DOJ to prosecute his political opponents." He concluded by asserting that "Biden has damaged faith in our justice system, where no one is above the law."

On December 3, 2024, Fleischmann encouraged participation in Giving Tuesday by highlighting charitable activities within his district. He noted that "It's Giving Tuesday!" and urged support for local charities doing significant work in the #TN03 community. He referenced a resource provided by @wdefnews12 for those interested in donating: "Click the link below to learn more!"

Later that day, Fleischmann addressed his role as Chairman of Energy & Water Appropriations with a focus on nuclear energy expansion. He stated his commitment to expanding civil nuclear energy nationwide and acknowledged collaboration with Governor Bill Lee: "I'm proud to have our great Governor @GovBillLee as a partner in working to make Tennessee the best place in the US for new nuclear!"
