On October 26, 2022, Sheriff Fuson held a formal ceremony to promote 3 Sheriff’s Office members to the rank of Corporal.
Corporal Alexis Bergen began her career at the Sheriff’s Office as a clerk in 2019. She was selected to advance to a Deputy Sheriff position in the Detention Services Bureau in 2020 and later would become a Field Training Officer.
Corporal Phillip Hinton began his career as a Deputy in the Detention Services Bureau in 2018. He would later promote to a Field Training Officer and continue serving in this new promoted role.
Corporal Collin Trout, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, began his career with the Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy in the Detention Services Bureau in 2019. He has served in this division for the past 3 years.
Peers, friends, and family joined the event and contributed to the ceremonial pinning of rank and badges. We wish them all continued success in their new roles.
