Chuck Fleischmann has served in the U.S. Congress, representing Tennessee's 3rd District, since 2011. Fleischmann, 60, was born in New York City in 1962 and currently resides in Chattanooga. He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1983 with a BA, and earned a JD from the University of Tennessee in 1986.
