In a tweet posted on March 27, 2025, Fleischmann highlighted his recent engagement in a key discussion: "A pleasure to keynote a discussion on the importance of expanding nuclear power to meet our energy needs as we continue to see exploding growth in AI, crypto, and data centers across our nation." Fleischmann emphasized the expanding sectors and stressed the crucial need for power to support such growth.

Expanding on his role and responsibilities, Fleischmann tweeted on the same day: "As Energy & Water Appropriations Chairman, I am always working to ensure we have enough power to meet the needs of communities across East TN and our nation. We must seize the moment now to create America's New Nuclear Future!" He administered a call to action to establish a sustainable future through nuclear advancements.
