The Morgan County Sheriffs Department and Sheriff Wayne Potter would like to thank the 9th District Judicial Attorney General Russell Johnson on their quick response to predicating the assistance of the TBI & U.S. Marshall services. Yesterday afternoon at approximately 4pm, murder suspect Christopher Falls was captured in Illinois. I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for there assistance. There has been a tremendous effort from several agencies the past few weeks and a special thanks to the work from Morgan County E-911. We also ask that you continue to pray for the victim Julia Manning’s family as they move forward during this trying time.
