Chuck Fleischmann, representing Tennessee’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress since 2011, recently shared his views and updates via his Twitter account. The accomplished Congressman, born in New York City and now residing in Chattanooga, took to social media to voice support for current U.S. border policies and highlight his engagements within his district.

On March 31, 2025, Fleischmann commended the efforts of the Trump Administration, focusing on the President's actions to secure the southern border. Fleischmann stated, "One of the greatest accomplishments of President Trump's new Administration is how quickly @POTUS has secured our southern border and halted the uncontrolled flow of illegal immigration." He further added, "Open borders were always a deliberate policy choice. The era of open borders chaos is over."

The following day, on April 1, 2025, Congressman Fleischmann continued his discourse on border security, describing the results of implemented policies. According to Fleischmann, "This is what happens when you enforce commonsense border security and immigration policies." He reiterated that the American electorate sought secure borders, and praised President Trump's delivery on that promise.

In addition to border security, Fleischmann highlighted his commitment to educational and job initiatives in Tennessee. On the same day, April 1, 2025, he shared a positive meeting with Randy Boyd, President of the University of Tennessee. Fleischmann noted, "Always a pleasure to meet with @UT_President Randy Boyd! I've been proud to work closely with President Boyd to strengthen UT's nuclear-related programs, so Tennessee continues to lead our nation in new nuclear and attract the next generation of new jobs and skilled workers."
