An Anderson County Grand Jury indicted another Clinton man, Jerry Allen Lunde (47), on two counts of Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure, two counts of Incest, and two counts of Rape. These indictments were a result of an investigation completed by Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, Detective Sergeant James Crowley, with the assistance of the Department of Children’s Services. The United States Marshal’s along with member of ACSO executed a search warrant yesterday, November 3rd, at Lunde’s Clinton home. He was transported to the Anderson County Detention Facility.
Anderson County Sheriff, Russell Barker, praised the work by Sergeant Detective Crowley “I am extremely proud of the work done by Sgt. Crowley. Anderson County is safer with Lunde behind bars. The victim showed amazing bravery and courage throughout the investigation. We will be with them every step of the way” Barker stated.
The victim is a minor child; therefore, their information will not be released.
Lunde is being held at the Anderson County Detention Facility with a $250,000 bond.
