Chuck Fleischmann, a U.S. Congressman representing Tennessee's 3rd district since 2011, has recently shared his views on various topics through a series of tweets. Fleischmann emphasized the importance of collaboration between public, private, and nonprofit sectors as opposed to top-down government programs. He cited Rotary International as an example of a proven nonprofit organization that can effectively impact lives while ensuring responsible use of taxpayer dollars.

On March 4, 2025, Fleischmann tweeted: "Public, private, and nonprofit partnerships always work better than top-down government programs. By working with proven nonprofits like Rotary International, we can impact the lives of millions of people while being responsible stewards of hard-earned taxpayer dollars."

Later that day, he addressed the "Forging the Future" conference regarding national defense concerns. He discussed efforts to revitalize the defense industrial base under his leadership as Chairman of Energy & Water Appropriations. On March 4, 2025, he posted: "I spoke at the 'Forging the Future' conference about the urgent need to revitalize our defense industrial base. During my speech, I highlighted the great work being done under my leadership as Chairman of Energy & Water Appropriations to bring back our capacity to domestically…"

The following day on March 5th, Fleischmann expressed support for President Biden's statement on America's resurgence by tweeting: “America is back!” - @POTUS Mr. President, the American People and Tennesseans agree! "
