A traffic stop in the 4800 block of University Drive for speeding in a school zone resulted in the driver also being cited for driving on a suspended license. 

Walmart reported a theft. 

Officers responded to a disorder between a parent and child at a West District apartment complex. 

Two Collegedale fugitives were booked on their warrants. 

A traffic stop in the 5100 block of Ooltewah Ringgold Road resulted in the driver being charged with passing a stopped school bus. 

Collegedale police were requested to assist the sheriff’s office with a possible burglary in progress outside the East District city limits. 

Police responded to a domestic disorder between a parent and child in a West District apartment complex. 

An officer responded to a report of loud music coming from a car parked in front of an East District home. The officer made contact with the vehicle occupant who agreed to turn the music down.

While conducting neighborhood patrols in the West District, an officer came across a vehicle with their hatch open. Contact was made with the owner and everything checked out ok. 

Police responded to a complaint about a large dog locked in a car with the air conditioner running. Officers could see a water bowl on the back seat floorboards. The dog was in good health and well taken care of. 

A West District business alarm was activated. Everything checked out ok. 

A traffic stop in the 10200 block of Lee Highway led to the driver being charged with driving on a revoked license. 

A Collegedale fugitive was booked on their warrants. 

Police responded to a group of juveniles making excessive noise in a West District business parking lot. The business requested that they leave the premises and they did so without issue. 

Officers responded to complaints of loud noise from an outdoor party in a South District neighborhood. The residents agreed to turn down the music. 

A fire alarm was activated at a West District restaurant. The activation was found to have been accidental.

Officers responded to an East District home for a medical alarm that was found to be a false alarm. 

A citizen came to the police department to have their vehicle’s VIN verified so they could get their vehicle registered. 

A traffic stop in the 10400 block of Lee Highway for a seatbelt violation resulted in the driver also being charged with driving on a suspended license. 

An individual asking questions about a crash report was provided assistance with making contact with the correct jurisdiction that took the report. 

Police responded to a verbal disorder between mother and daughter in an East District home. 

A traffic stop in the 5200 block of Tallant Road led to the driver being charged with driving on a suspended license. 

A Collegedale fugitive was booked on their warrants.
