Of the 2,450 people living in Caryville in 2019, 45.1 percent (1,106) were women and 54.9 percent (1,344) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Knoxville News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 838-to-682. In the 65 and over age range, there were 224 females and 163 males.
