Chuck Fleischmann, a longstanding member of the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 3rd district since 2011, shared several updates on social media highlighting his legislative activities and community achievements. Fleischmann, a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Tennessee, engaged in discussions about electoral integrity, budgetary measures, and celebrated a local sports victory.

On April 10, 2025, Chuck Fleischmann stated his support for the SAVE Act, emphasizing that the act aims to ensure only American citizens can participate in voting while enhancing the security and integrity of the electoral system. He expressed firm opposition to voting rights for illegal aliens and non-citizens, committing to the protection of elections alongside the House GOP.

Later the same day, Fleischmann highlighted the passage of a budget resolution by the House GOP and commended its alignment with President Trump’s agenda. This resolution, according to Fleischmann, aims to secure borders, reduce taxes, eliminate unnecessary expenditures, and minimize government’s presence in personal affairs. He voiced his approval of these developments, expressing pride in his affirmative vote.

On the evening of April 10, Fleischmann extended his congratulations to the Chattanooga Mocs Men’s Basketball team following their National Invitation Tournament Championship victory. Celebrating this achievement, he highlighted the pride felt by the TN03 community and acknowledged the honor of bringing the championship trophy to Chattanooga and East Tennessee.

Chuck Fleischmann, born in 1962 in New York City, currently resides in Chattanooga, reflecting his deep ties to both his birthplace and his constituency. Having replaced Zach Wamp in Congress, Fleischmann has continued to serve his district with a focus on legislative actions that reflect his political ideals and community interests.
