U.S. Congressman Chuck Fleischmann, who represents Tennessee’s 3rd district, highlighted his recent engagements with local organizations and legislative updates in a series of posts on August 29, 2025.

Fleischmann shared details about a visit to a local business, stating on August 29, “Great meeting with Southern Spear Ironworks! Southern Spear Ironworks is doing outstanding work with the DoD, Army Corps of Engineers, and NASA to build America’s future. We are blessed to have so many fantastic small businesses in #TN03 that are doing great work for the USA!”

Later that day, he commented on a community event: “This week’s meeting of the Chattanooga Military Officers Association of America was a great success! I’ve long said that Chattanooga and #TN03 are the most patriotic communities in America, and our outstanding Veteran community proves it every day! Thank you for your service!”

In another update posted at 20:00 UTC on August 29, Fleischmann provided an outlook on his upcoming legislative activity: “Happy Fleischmann Friday! It’s been another great and busy week in #TN03! Fleischmann has served as the U.S. Representative for Tennessee’s 3rd District since 2011 after succeeding Zach Wamp. Born in New York City in 1962, he resides in Chattanooga. Fleischmann earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed his law degree at the University of Tennessee.
