U.S. Congressman Chuck Fleischmann, who represents Tennessee’s 3rd district, recently posted a series of statements on social media highlighting what he described as the positive impact of President Trump’s economic policies.
On July 29, 2025, Fleischmann wrote, “President Trump is single-handedly renegotiating trade deals, unlocking markets for American-made energy and goods that will strengthen our economy. This is the America First economic agenda that Americans overwhelming voted for!”
The following day, on July 30, 2025, he continued to emphasize recent economic growth by stating, “Our economy grew at a 3.0% rate in Q2 of this year, blowing away predictions. President Trump’s America First economic policies are turning our economy around and making the USA the world’s hottest economy. America is open for business, and the best is yet to come!”
Later that same day, Fleischmann added another post: “The American economy is roaring back after four years of high inflation, falling wages, and soaring energy costs. President Trump and @HouseGOP are rebuilding our economy so every American worker and family can thrive and prosper!”
Fleischmann has served in Congress since 2011 after replacing Zach Wamp as representative for Tennessee’s 3rd district. He was born in New York City in 1962 and currently resides in Chattanooga. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1983) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee (1986).
