Chuck Fleischmann, U.S. Congressman representing Tennessee’s 3rd district since 2011, recently used his social media platform to highlight meetings and events focused on infrastructure, technology, and public safety.

On May 14, 2026, Fleischmann congratulated a local honoree for a national industry program: “Congratulations to Madison Williams, a 2026 honoree for @ARTBA’s Industry Leader Development Program. It was a pleasure to discuss the program and ways we can work together to strengthen our transportation infrastructure.”

Later that day, Fleischmann discussed technological advancements with representatives from Honeywell: “It was great meeting with @Honeywell to discuss the future of quantum computing. I appreciate their commitment to continuing American dominance through critical quantum investments.”

On May 15, 2026, he recognized law enforcement during National Police Week: “This #NationalPoliceWeek, we honor the men and women who keep our communities safe. We all owe them an unpayable debt. Thank you for your bravery.”

Fleischmann has served as a congressional representative since replacing Zach Wamp in 2011. Born in New York City in 1962 and currently residing in Chattanooga, he holds degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Tennessee.
