Chuck Fleischmann, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 3rd district since 2011, has been actively engaging with his constituents through social media updates. Fleischmann, who succeeded Zach Wamp and resides in Chattanooga, recently shared insights on economic and community developments in East Tennessee.

On July 8, 2025, Fleischmann expressed enthusiasm after meeting with residents in Bradley County. He highlighted discussions about the “Big Beautiful Bill,” which he described as being poised to “jet fuel our economy by cutting taxes for workers, families, and small businesses.” Fleischmann is optimistic that this legislation will significantly boost economic activity. “The Big Beautiful Bill will make our economy come roaring back!”

In a subsequent tweet on July 9, 2025, Fleischmann noted the growth and prosperity of local communities across East Tennessee. He emphasized their role in leading what he termed “America’s Nuclear Renaissance” and reiterated his commitment to collaborating with local leaders to maintain the area as an ideal place for living and working. “Our local communities throughout East Tennessee are growing, prospering, and leading America’s Nuclear Renaissance.”

Also on July 9, 2025, Fleischmann shared his appreciation for participating in a quarterly update alongside notable local figures such as Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, Anderson County Mayor Terry Frank, and East Tennessee Development District Executive Director Rick Yakubic. This meeting focused on assessing progress within Tennessee’s 3rd district. “I appreciated being with many of our community’s local leaders…for a quarterly update on progress being made throughout #TN03.”
