There were three gas stations in cities across Anderson County selling diesel at the lowest price of $3.29 per gallon in the week ending Feb. 8, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of diesel in cities within Anderson County was $3.32 per gallon.
Of the 55 reported gas stations in cities within Anderson County, five offer diesel.
The $3.39 average reported price of diesel in Tennessee was unchanged from the previous week.
Drivers across the U.S. have faced a rollercoaster of gas prices in recent months and years. Though the cost of a gallon of gas is dropping, experts suggest they may rise to $4 before the end of 2024.
